The South Carolina Center for Real Estate (SCCRE) serves students, business owners and the community by providing knowledge, skills and educational opportunities related to real estate best practices and methods.
As a part of that mission, the center is considering providing resources to help students, as well as faculty and the community, understand the real estate market, and make better real estate-related decisions. “I believe there are a lot of interesting things we can do to provide real estate-related resources to students, faculty and the community in general,” said Stephen Martin, Director of the center. “We have a lot of talent on campus, both in students as well as faculty, that could help create a bank of resources which I think the community would find valuable. It would also provide students with an opportunity to work with real-world problems, trends, and scenarios.”
The specific resources are expected to take shape over the upcoming summer and fall.
