The South Carolina Center for Real Estate (SCCRE) serves students, business owners and the community by providing knowledge, skills and educational opportunities related to real estate best practices and methods.
As a part of its mission, the center. has set goals and initiatives for the upcoming academic semester. Those goals include expanding the center’s website, as well as establishing a newsletter to serve students, faculty, and the community. The newsletter will keep readers up-to-date on developments in the local, regional, and national real estate industry.
Finally, the center is exploring resources that it might be able to create to serve students, faculty, and community. One such resource under consideration is the collection of housing real estate market data for the Carolinas region. This project is in the planning stages, and is expected to take shape in the upcoming Fall and Spring semesters.
